• Ingredients
    Meat – 1/2 Kilo
    Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoon
    Dhaniya Powder – 3 Tablespoon
    Somph – 2 Tablespoon
    Jheera – 2 Tablespoon
    Khus Khus – 1 Tablespoon
    Grated Coconut – 5 Tablespoon
    Cashewnuts – 8
    Cinnamon – 1 Inch Piece
    Cloves – 3
    Garlic – 1 Full pod peeled
    Onions – 2 Cut into bits
    Tomatoes – 2 Chopped
    Salt – To taste

    Method
    Grind or mix chilly powder and dhania powder together with a little water.
    Grind somph, jheera, khus khus and ginger together.
    Grind coconut and cashewnuts together.
    Heat oil in a vessel, fry cinnamon, curry leaves, cloves, cut garlic and cut onions, fry well.
    Then add dhania and chilly masala, then samph, jheera masala fry well.
    Add the cleaned meat pieces and fry for 15 to 20 minutes
    Then add the coconut mixture and the cut tomatoes.
    Pour adequate amount of water.
    Add salt to taste and pressure cook.
    When meat is well cooked remove and serve, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    Minced meat – 1/2 Kilo
    Onions – 2 Big cut fine
    Garlic – 1 Full pod peeled and cut fine
    Salt – To Taste
    Oil – 4 Tablespoon

    Grind together
    Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoon full
    Somph – 1 Teaspoon
    Khus Khus – 1 Tablespoon
    Cinnamon – 1/2 Inch
    Cloves – piece 2
    Grated Coconut – 4 Tablespoon

    Method
    Heat a vessel with 2 glasses of water, add minced meat and ground masala and boil well or pressure cook till meat is cooked.
    Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add cut onions and garlic and fry till onions are golden brown.
    Then add the cooked meat with the remaining water. Cook till all the water is absorbed, add salt to taste.

    Brain – 2
    Onions – 3 (Cut into piece)
    Chilli powder – 3 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder -1/2teaspoon
    Salt -To taste
    Oil – 2 Tablespoon

    Crush to a paste using a little water:
    Ginger – 1/2 Inch
    Somph – 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garlic – 6 Small Pods

    Method:
    Wash the brain well and cut into fairly large pieces.
    Heat a vessel with 1 glass of water, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and half the cut onions and the brain and cook for 10 minutes, remove from fire.
    Heat a frying pan with a little oil, put the remaining cut onions, fry well, add the crushed spices.
    When onions have browned, add the cooked brain with the water, mix carefully, so as not to break the brain pieces. Cook till all the water is evaporated, and the brain is well cooked, garnish with cut coriander leaves.
