Egg Biryani

Ingredients
basmati rice – 1/2 kg.
ghee -2 tsp.??
1/4 cup oil
Whole spices: 1 stick cinnamon,
? 2 cardamoms,
? 2 cloves.
2 medium sized onions, sliced
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1 small bunch coriander lellves, chopped
10 mint leaves, chopped
chilli powder – 2 tsp.
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
1 cup coconut milk
3 cups water
salt – 3 tsp.
6 hard boiled eggs, cut in half
garlic ginger paste – 1 tbs.

Wethod:
1. Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes.
2. Drain water and fry lightly with 2 tsp. ghe 3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
4. Add whole spices and fry for a minute.
5. Add sliced onions, fry till soft.
6. Add chopped tomatoes, fry for 2 minute.
7. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, fry for 2 minutes.?
8. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
9. Add coconut milk, water and salt.
10. When the water starts boiling, add rice, mix well and close the lid.
11. Heat on high flame for 5 minutes, reduce flame and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
12. While serving, decorate biryani with half cut boiled eggs on biryani.
