Ingredients
Crab – 5 cut into 4 and legs removed
Grind to get a paste the following
Red Chillies – 15
Somph – 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 Small piece
Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
Coconut – 1/2
Onions – 2
Garlic – 1 Full pod
Jheera – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger – 1 Inch
Oil – For frying
Somph – 1 Teaspoon for seasoning
Tomato – 1 Cut into small pieces
Method
Heat a deep kadai with oil, add a little somph, add cut tomatoes when cooked, add the ground masala, when cooked, add the cut crabs cook till the crab is well mixed with the masala and gets cooked well, if water is needed add 1 glass of water and cook well till the crab is dry with masala.
If you want in a curry form add three glasses water and cook till the gravy is thick.
