Ingredients:
? Kg Fish
? Kg Potato
? Kg Onion Big Chopped
1 inch Ginger Chopped
6 nos Green Chilies Chopped
A few Curry Leaves
A sprig of Coriander Leaves.
4 tsp Oil
? tsp Turmeric Powder
1 no Lemon?s Juice.
1 no Egg
2 tsp Maida flour.
2 cups Bread crumbs
Salt to taste.
Boil fish with salt and turmeric powder with water and keep it ready.
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and keep ready.
Heat a little oil in a pan, add curry leaves, then onion, ginger and green chilies.
Cook till done and add the mashed potatoes.
Mix well and add the fish and lemon juice and allow it to cook.
Make the fish potato mixture into medium sized balls.
Make a batter with one egg and maida.
Dip the fish balls in the egg maida and roll in the bread crumbs and deep fry in a deep frying pan with oil.
