Chettinad Nethili Fry

Ingredients

Small fish – 1 Kilo
Turmeric – 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 3 Teaspoon
Salt – To Taste

Method

Wash the fish well.
Smear with turmeric, chilli powder and salt and deep fry it.
For added taste you can add a little ground ginger and garlic.
