Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo – Minced Meat
2 Big cut fine – Onions
1 Full pod peeled and cut fine – Garlic
Salt – To taste
4 Tablespoon – Oil
6 Tablespoon (take the milk) – Grated Coconut
Grind together
2 Tablespoon full – Chilli powder
1 Teaspoon – Somph
1 Tablespoon – Khus khus
1/2 Inch – Cinnamon
piece 2 – Cloves
Method:
Heat a vessel with 2 glasses of water, add minced meat and ground masala and boil well or pressure cook till meat is cooked.
Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add cut onions and garlic and fry till onions are golden brown.
Then add the cooked meat with the remaining water. Cook till all the water is absorbed, add salt to taste.
Now add the coconut milk, mix well and remove from fire.
