Kidney Liver Soup

Ingredients
Kidney liver – 1/2 Kilo
Coriander seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Jeera – 1 Tablespoon
Pepper – 1 Tablespoon
Small onion – 100 Gram
Curry Leaves – A few
Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste

Method
Cut kidney and liver into small pieces.
Cut onion and fry.
Grind together coriander seeds, jeera and pepper to a fine paste.
Boil 2 litre of water. When water boils, add curry leaves, turmeric powder and ground paste. Mix well, then add kidney, liver and salt. When it boils, after 10 minutes remove from fire .
