Ingredients
Bone – 1/2 Kilo
Big Onions – 1/4 Kilo about 3
Big Tomatoes – 1/4 Kilo about 3
Green Chilli – 4
Pepper – 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 Small piece
Green gram dhal – 100 Gram 1/2 ollock
Salt – To taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves – A few
Ghee or Oil – 2 Tablespoon
Cardamon – 2
Method
Clean the bones.
Dry roast the green gram dhal.
In 2 litre of water add the dhal, bone, cut onion and cut tomatoes and split green chilli and turmeric powder, pressure cook for 15 minutes till well cooked.
Mash, strain and keep the soup aside.
Heat a vessel, add the ghee, then curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom. Then add the strained soup, add salt to taste, boil, add a few coriander leave. If thick, add a little more hot boiling water. Serve the soup in this consistency.
