Ingredients:
? kg Prawn
1 cup coconut milk
5 nos Cashew
4 nos Green chillies
? tsp Pepper
? tsp Cumin Powder
? tsp Turmeric Powder
1 inch Ginger
1 tsp Oil
1 no tomato Grind to a paste
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the prawn, grind the pepper, cashew, ginger and cumin to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add prawn and saut? along green chillies.
Add tomato paste when the water evaporates from the prawn.
Add water and masala and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk and add Coriander leaf.
