• Ingredients
    Minced meat – 1/2 Kilo
    Onions – 2 Big cut fine
    Garlic – 1 Full pod peeled and cut fine
    Salt – To Taste
    Oil – 4 Tablespoon

    Grind together
    Chilli Powder – 2 Tablespoon full
    Somph – 1 Teaspoon
    Khus Khus – 1 Tablespoon
    Cinnamon – 1/2 Inch
    Cloves – piece 2
    Grated Coconut – 4 Tablespoon

    Method
    Heat a vessel with 2 glasses of water, add minced meat and ground masala and boil well or pressure cook till meat is cooked.
    Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add cut onions and garlic and fry till onions are golden brown.
    Then add the cooked meat with the remaining water. Cook till all the water is absorbed, add salt to taste.

    2 tbsp – Channa dhal (kadalai paruppu)
    2 Tsp – Chilli Powder
    10 Flakes – Garlic
    20 – small onions peeled and cut
    4 – Green chilies
    1/4 Teaspoon – Turmeric powder
    2 Tablespoon – Grated coconut
    1/2 inch piece – Cinnamon
    1/2 Tsp – Somph
    4 Tbsp – Oil
    Salt to taste
    For garnishing – Coriander leaves
    4 Tbsp – Oil

    Method:

    Wash the minced meat well, mix with salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder and cook in a vessel with 2 glasses of water, till the meat is well cooked and all the water is evaporated remove from fire.
    Cook channa dhal and keep aside
    Cut onions, green chillies, garlic into small pieces.
    Heat a frying pan with oil. First put somph and cinnamon, add cut onions, green chillies and garlic.
    Fry till onions are well browned. Then add the cooked meat, mix well. After a few minutes, add cooked channa dhal and grated coconut. Mix well, keep on slow fire for a few minutes and garnish with cut coriander leaves and remove from fire.

    1/2 Inch – Cinnamon
    piece 2 – Cloves

    Now add the coconut milk, mix well and remove from fire.
