Crab – 6
Big onions – 2
Green Chillies – 6
Tomatoes – 6
Ginger – 2 Inch
Eggs – 1
Garlic – 1 Full, pod
Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Oil – 4 Teaspoon

Clean crab in water and boil with salt and turmeric powder.
Remove the flesh from the crab keep the shell intact, cut the legs and remove the flesh.
Keep the flesh of the crab in a dish.
Heat a kadai with oil, add cut onions, cut green chillies, cut ginger, cut garlic, add turmeric powder and fry well, then add cut tomatoes. When cooked, add crab flesh, cook well. Add 1 egg beaten cook well.
Remove from fire. Add cut coriander leaves, then fill the shells with the cooked crab.
Fry the breadcrumbs a little and sprinkle on the shell and serve hot. -

Minced meat – 1/2 Kilo
Onions – 2 Big cut fine
Garlic – 1 Full pod peeled and cut fine
Salt – To Taste
Oil – 4 TablespoonGrind together

Khus Khus – 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon – 1/2 Inch

Grated Coconut – 4 TablespoonMethod
Heat a vessel with 2 glasses of water, add minced meat and ground masala and boil well or pressure cook till meat is cooked.
Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add cut onions and garlic and fry till onions are golden brown.
Then add the cooked meat with the remaining water. Cook till all the water is absorbed, add salt to taste. -
