Dhal Adai

Ingredients:
green gram dhal – 1 cup
dehusked black gram – 1 cup
red gram dhal – 1 cup
asafoetida – as per taste
green chillies – 5 (chop finely)
chopped coriander
leaves – 3 Tbl.sps
salt – 3 tsps (level)
oil – for frying
onion-2chopped

Method:
Soak dhal together in water for 2 hours.
Grind to coarse paste.
Mix salt, chopped chillies,onion and coriander leaves.
Pat adai on hot tawa directly.
Add enough oil for frying on both sides.
