Ingredients
2 Cups cooked rice
2 Cups Finely Chopped Cabbage,Carrot,
Capsicum, Beans, onions etc.,.
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Chilli sauce
2 tsp Vinegar
A Pinch Ajinomoto (optional)
Method:
Heat the oil.
Fry vegetables in the heated oil on a high temperature for two minutes.
Add Salt and Add cooked rice.
Add Soya sauce, Vinegar and then Chilli sauce.
Add ajinomoto (optional).
Mix everything well and cook it for two or three minutes.
Add pepper powder and Serve hot.
Garnish with spring onions.
