Ingredients:
Perboiled Rice – 200 gms
Water – 600 Ml
Method:
Wash the rice well and soak in 600 ml of water for 20 minutes.
Then transfer rice and soaked water to a Pressure Cooker and then close with the lid and cook for i whistle.
Then swith off the burner and keep it undisturbed for 10 minutes.
Then switch on the flame and allow it to cook for 1 more whistle.
Release pressure slowlt and open the lid then close the lid and and keep it for five minutes.
