Cabbage gravy

Ingredients:

2 – Onions
300 gms – Cabbage
as required – Salt
a pinch – Turmeric powder
for frying – Oil
Grind together:
1/4 cup – Grated fresh coconut
4 – Green chillies
2 Tbl sps – Coriander leaves
1 Tbl sp – Roasted gram
little – Tamarind

Method:

Chop onions finely and cabbage into medium pieces.
Heat oil, fry onions and then cabbage for few minutes.
Add ground paste, salt, turmeric with enough water and cook till cabbage becomes soft.
Serve as thick gravy with rice.
