Ingredients:
1 big – Cauli flower
1 (slice into 1 inch pieces) – Big onion
1 small – Lemon
for frying – Oil
Pound together:
2 Tbl.sps. – Grated fresh coconut
3 flakes – Garlic
3 or 4 – Green chillies
as required – Salt
Method:
Cut cauliflower into small flowerettes and keep immersed in salted water for 10 minutes.
Wash well and put in hot boiling water for few minutes. Drain well.
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan and fry onions for few minutes.
Add cauliflower and fry till it turns golden.
Add pound ingredients at the end, mix for a minute and remove from fire.
Squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
