Ingredients:
1 big – Cauli flower
1 (slice into 1 inch pieces) – Big onion
1 small – Lemon
for frying – Oil
Grind together:
2 Tbl.sps. – Grated fresh coconut
3 flakes – Garlic
3 or 4 – Red chillies
as required – Salt
Method:
Cut cauliflower into small flowerettes and keep immersed in salted water for 10 minutes.
Wash well and put in hot boiling water for few minutes. Drain well.
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan and fry onions for few minutes.
Add cauliflower and fry then add ground ingredients mix and allow it to cook well till it turns dry and oil seperates then remove from fire.
