Ingredients:
Button mushrooms – 1 Packet
*Cauliflower – 1 small
Sliced Onions – 1/2 cup
Aji-no-moto – 1/2 tsp
Spring Onions – 2
Aniseed – 1/2 tsp
Oil or butter – for frying
Grind together:
Small onions peeled – 7
Garlic – 5 flakes
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Tomatoes – 2
lime – 1tsp
* Cauliflower – Gobi
Method:
Wash and cut mushroom into thin slices.
Separate cauliflower into smaller flowerets and put in hot water for 3 minutes.
Strain the water and keep aside.
Cut spring onions finely.
Heat butter and fry sliced onions for 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower, mushroom, aji-no-moto and fry for few minutes.
Add ground paste and cook in medium flame till moisture is absorbed.
Add spring onions after removing from fire.
Use as pizza topping, sandwish topping or for keeping inside dosa as masala.
