Inji Pachchadi

Ingredients:
50 gms Ginger
3 nos Green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 cup Curd
1 tsp Oil (for seasoning)

Method:
Wash, peel and cut the ginger, into small pieces.
Grind with green chillies and salt.
Mix well with curds and season with mustard seeds.
