Ingredients:
Raw Jack fruit -1
Big onion-1no chopped
Green chillies- 2no cut lengthwise
Curry leaves- Afew
Grated coconut-2tsp
Oil-2tsp
Mustard-1/4tsp
Uraddhal-1/4tsp
Salt-to taste
Method:
Cut the centre portion and cook with turmeric and salt.
Heat oil in a pan,add mustard and urad dhal.
Add curry leaves,greenchillies and onion and saute.
Add cooked jack fruit and grated coconut and serve.
