Potato – Palak

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

Spinach              – 225 gram

Potato                 – 225 gram

Ginger                -   10 gram

Garlic                  – A few segments

Green chillies    -     5 gram

Chilli powder      -     5 gram

Coriander           – a few leaves

Cooking oil        -   30 gm

Salt                   -   10 gm

Method

  1. Cut the potatos and fry in oil.
  2. Grind garlic, ginger and chili powder together.
  3. Fry this masala with green chillies
  4. Add the cut spinach.
  5. Mix all these together, add salt and cook on slow flame. If necessary add water.
