Ingredients (For 4 persons)
Potatos - 225 gram
Cabbage - 115 gram
Green peas - 115 gram
Tomato - 115 gram
Onion - 115 gram
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Jeera (cumin) – 1 gm
Green chillies – 10 gm
Ginger – 10 gm
Garlic – 3 segments
Lemon – as required
Ghee – 30 gm
Salt – as required
Method
- Wash Vegetables and cut. Keep it aside. Cut ginger, green chillies and garlic.
- Heat ghee and fry the masala. Add the vegetables salt, mix thoroughly and keep.
- Boil the vegetables till done. Remove from fire and add lemon juice.
